Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
At The Oriental Rugs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your rug, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. All original tags and packaging should be intact. Please note that custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@theorientalrugs.co.uk to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at info@theorientalrugs.co.uk. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
